EVISIONS UNIVERSITY PRESS RELEASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEENCARDS AND EVISIONS SEEKS PARTNERSHIP WITH LEADING ISO LOCATED IN THE STATE OF ARKANSAS TO “CO- BRAND” VISA STORED VALUE CARD FOR HIGHER EDUCATION
ORANGE COUNTY — (August, 2005)
EduCard, LLC a division of enCards, Inc and Evisions, Inc. is looking for an ISO with a strong presence in the state of Arkansas. Today EduCard and Evisions proprietary software application is physically installed at over 800 Higher Educational Institutions across the USA with many in Arkansas. These systems have accurately and securely processed millions of checks nationwide representing billions of financial aid dollars distributed to students. EduCard proprietary systems seamlessly is converting these paper checks to an electronic transfer and load these funds directly onto a student Store Valued Visa card that is accepted at millions of locations across the USA.For years, students have relied on checks that have to be cashed on-campus or through expensive cashing services, and direct deposit, which requires a bank account. Now, they have immediate access to funds, via Visa card, without the need for a bank account. In addition, parents transfer money onto the card as needed rather than risk extending credit to novice spenders. Money may be transferred off via ATM, to a bank, or used for paperless rent and other payments. Everything is tracked through the web. Colleges benefit by having an instant electronic payment method that provides many benefits to the student, rather than requiring bank accounts or sending students to expensive cashing services. Additionally, these institutions are fostering positive spending habits by avoiding credit and the associated risks.Evisions seeks an ISO that has field agents in Arkansas to promote a “reward” based program for merchants to offer discounts to University cardholders. This service can be introduced to the ISO’s existing merchant database or promoted to sign up new processing merchants. Collateral with the Universities name on it will be available to promote this program and the ISO’s company “logo” can be co-branded on the back of the student Visa card before card production and distribution. Think of the opportunities and possibilities to sell credit card processing services to merchants simply by offering a product endorsed by the local University and the students.
